Join the Rascals 1 Squad!
Rascals Hip-Hop is a beginner-friendly class designed for young dancers to explore the roots of street dance culture, which began in the Bronx in the late 1970s.
Students will be introduced to foundational hip-hop movements in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Classes include music, rhythm, props, and creative movement to support both physical and intellectual development through dance.
Each session also includes games, teamwork, and choreography, building confidence and coordination throughout the season. Dancers will showcase what they’ve learned in our year-end performance in May 2027.
Class Details:
• Location: 625 Osborne St. – Fort Rouge Leisure Centre
• Ages: 4.5 – 6 years old (Kindergarten – Grade 2)
• Schedule: Tuesday evenings, 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
• Season: September 15, 2026 – May 11, 2026
• Cost: $399 for 31 weeks (costume fee of $30 included in registration)
